AKUSTIK PIPE

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Akustik Pipe consist in a double-hole Sylomer part enclosed in a steel housing.

The assembly of this mounting is very simple due to the easily removable Sylomer part and its single fastening hole. The uncovered distance by the housing determines the preload of the Akustik Pipe, allowing the bolt to be tightened until the housing is firmly in contact with the base.

Buffer – Cylindrical

The rigid buffers used as ends of stroke or to check moving parts give rise to very high stresses at the time of the impact and therefore to rapid deterioration, accompanied by an often unacceptable noise, particularly when these impacts are repeated periodically. The elastic buffers get rid of these drawbacks completely, as they are soundproofed with rubber. The single buffer is a flat surface of rubber and therefore responds immediately to impact, without over-extending the stroke of the moving organ. The progressive buffer has a conical form in the rubber, and therefore makes contact on a progressive surface, which increases with crushing. The action is more gradual and is particularly good for a considerable absorption of energy, without a prohibitive instant stress.

Cabin Mount

This mount incorporates two annular shaped profiles in order to absorb dynamic loads or shocks. This feature is especially interesting for restricting the motion of the cabin under transient shocks.

The metal parts are corrosion protected to cope with arduous environments on land or marine applications RoHs compliant. CB

CB anti vibration mounts are installed in pairs. Installation is simplified as both mounts are fixed with one through bolt and washers at each end of the installed mount. The CB mount is provided with a built in radial wear plate that prevents the elastomeric element coming into contact with the sharp edges of laser cut holes in support frames or structures that can cause friction in traditionally used semi-bonded mounts . This wear plate reduces the need to machine radius or chamfer holes , reducing cost. The specific design permits high dynamic loading whilst limiting movement due to their multi-axial snubbing.

Cone – Solid

The solid cones work the rubber in shear compression. They are composed of two parallel conical metal parts. They have two washers, one as a buffer and the other for centering.

Cone with Cutout

The cutouts on the rubber section offer different horizontal/vertical stiffness ratios. Eccentric Bushing

Hydraulic Cone Mount

The HYDRAULIC CONE MOUNT is predominantly designed to insulate the vibration in engines and cabs in off-road vehicles (construction, agricultural and local authority vehicles). The HYDRAULIC CONE MOUNT has the necessary resilience to achieve a high level of decoupling. However, it also has the necessary stability for these applications in the event of impacts which thus prevents the vehicles from rocking. This ensures a high level of comfort as well as an immediate working and driving experience.

Another advantage becomes apparent with variable speed applications which are within the resonance frequency range in normal operation. This resonance is significantly reduced with the HYDRAULIC CONE MOUNT.

Hydraulic Mount

The Hydraulic mounts have been primarily designed as engine and operator cab isolator mounts in vehicular off highway and agricultural applications.

It is particularly interesting for those engines that operate on a variable rotating speed that must regularly pass the natural frequency of the system during its normal running. Examples of this may be engines of 1,2,3 or 4 cylinders used on construction or agricultural equipment.

SCH

SCH type anti vibration mounts are made of two moulded parts . One of circular fully moulded rubber, and one circular part which is fully bonded to a centre tube which acts as a guide for the machine anchoring bolt. They are installed pre-compressed on the actual machine frame, whose thickness “E” determines the degree of pre-compression of the assembly.

SCHR

SCHR type mounts are made of two parts of rubber, one of which bears an inside metal bushing which acts as a guide through the machine anchoring screw. It is installed pre-compressed on the actual machine frame, whose thickness “T” determines the degree of pre-compression.

Moreover it contains a metallic part, that avoids a premature wear by friction between the rubber and the housing of the mount.

V-Shaped Generator Mount
